Rooms are exceptionally nice with sofa bed, as to location it's particularly good. The place is very close to Victoria, Westminster Abbey & Palace and bus stations and London sights. Staff is nice and helpful.

Would love to stay here again, loved it very much. On the whole, it’s reasonable base for having fun and exploring London. Staff are helpful and great, they are doing nice job. The location is great, next to buckingham palace and westminster as well as Victoria and buckingham palace.

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to various attractions. the two bedrooms provided ample space for my family, and the lounge area was comfortable for relaxation.
There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. the apartment was incredibly cramped, leaving little room to even open our suitcases.

a really good place to stay, had quiet days nights here. satisfied with sofa bed and the bedroom, for instance available. i appreciated the food at kazan restaurant, its not too far from the apartment. and i was located near trains.

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. We also appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the apartment, which was just the right size for our family. We found the kitchen and bathroom to be modern and well-maintained.
There were several areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, with dirty dishes in the cupboard and a musty smell throughout.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants and attractions. The apartment size was good and it was clean upon arrival.
There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. there was a lack of basic provisions such as tea, coffee, and milk, which meant we had to go out and buy them ourselves.
